    Bahan-bahan:

    1kg kepak ayam1 senduk besar minyak bijan2 senduk besar madu (kalau u suka manis, tambahkan lagi )sedikit serbuk lada sulah (sesuka hati, siapa yang suka pedas, tambahlah lagi)sedikit garam secukup rasa

    Cara memasak:

    Gaulkan ayam bersama madu, minyak bijan, serbuk lada sulah & garam hingga rata. Perapkansemalaman atau lebih dan selepas tu, boleh lah dipanggang ayam tu.....

    Udang Masak Serai Wangi

    Bahan-bahan:

    600 gm udang harimau - digoreng setengah masak4 batang serai100 gm cili kering100 gm bawang merah100 gm cili merah70 gm bawang putih70 gm halia muda

    3 sudu besar pati asam jawa30 gm belacan bakar100 gm pati santanGaram dan gula secukup rasa

    Cara memasak:

    1. Kisar halus serai, cili kering, bawang merah, cili merah, bawang putih dan halia muda.

    2. Tumis hingga wangi dan masukkan air asam jawa dan sedikit santan cair.3. Masak atas api sederhana hingga kuah pekat

    4. Masukkan pati santan dan udang.5. Masak hingga naik bau.

    Ikan Siakap Kukus

    Bahan-bahan:

    1 ekor ikan siakap sederhana besar3 sudu besar sos tiram2 susu besar sos cili2 susu besar sos tomato1 sudu gula4cm halia - dimayang3 ulas bawang putih - dimayang3 ulas bawang besar - dimayang3 tangkai daun sup(saderi)1/2 biji limau nipisgaram secukup rasa

    Cara memasak:

    1. Cuci ikan dan belah dua jangan sampai putus lumur garam dan gula (kurangkan jika taksuka manis).

    2. Masukkan ikan dalam pinggan bujur, tabur bahan yang dimayang tadi.

    3. Tuang ketiga-tiga sos tadi.4. Kukus selama 10minit (hingga masak). tabur hirisan daun sup tadi dan perah limau

    3 ~ 4 ekor ikan sembilang10 biji cili merah - dikisar2 batang serai - dititik

    1 ulas bawang besar - dimayang kasar2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk1 inci halia - ditumbukair limau kasturisedikit garam dan gula secukup rasa
