Fax (021)5631731 Abstract The body has an internal environmental balance called homeostasis State. Every living beings naturally do things that can maintain the State of his internal environment in order to remain stable. There are several factors that can affect the State of homeostasis in the body, i.e. the concentration of nutrient substances molecule, O2 and CO2 concentrations, the concentration of residual substances, pH, concentration of water, salts and electrolytes, temperature, volume and pressure. In short, the stimulus will be accepted, then in the process of integration at the Centre, and will be given feedback. But at a time when the stimuli received, going several steps up to his issued a response that was ordered by the central integration. Process response to stimuli he arranged through local control which controls 2 or close proximity and controls reflex or remotely. Reflex alone should passing through several stages, namely the arch reflex to be up on a stage the feedback or response. Feedback can be divided into two, the feedback was positive, and negative feedback. Setiap makhluk hidup tentu melakukan hal yang dapat mempertahankan keadaan lingkungan internal nya agar tetap stabil. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keadaan homeostasis pada tubuh, yaitu Konsentrasi molekul zat-zat gizi, konsentrasi O 2 dan CO 2 , konsentrasi zat sisa, pH, konsentrasi air, garam-garam dan elektrolit, suhu, volume, dan tekanan.
