IN RESPONDING TO THE ISSUE “THAT’S NOT THE ‘LAJU’ SERVICE I EXPECTED”
We have recently read one of the reader’s responses regarding above issue. As mentioned, we were referred to
you by an article which was published at the feedback and complaint section. On this occasion, we would like
to explain the issues which has been voice out by the customer through complain letter.
2. An article on 15th of August 2015 told that one of our customer dejected about delivering service that has
been provided by our company which the mailman had dropped a non-delivery notification to the letterbox and
rode off despite saw him coming out of the house and waving to him.
3. After has been clearly investigating we found that there was a miscommunication from our staff and we
admit that there were some of mechanical things that need to be improved. Consequently, we have also directed
to our Consignment and Delivering Department met with the mailman on duty that day and discussed about
this issue. We want to apologize for any inconvenience that you faced during subscribing our service.
4. Because of this serious oversight, and as a testament to our appreciation of you as our customer, we are
going to provide you with RM100 stamps voucher which you can redeem it at any our branch counter. Just
provide your IC Number with this reference code : T-3188653MY which two years validation from the date of
redemption.
5. Others, let we assure you that what happened in your case is not typical of Pos Malaysia’s level of
