Step 3: Compare performance with the standardsIn our company manager read computer report, they actual performance meets or short fall the standards.performance report is the place you actually performance the standard for some period of times.

Step 4: Take corrective actionIn our company, manager must see the changes of the standard it apply or not.if the standard is not apply that mean the standard cant use anymore. In Sharon Imperial Hotel, we have to change the standard for few year because it will make the company stadard higher and to achieve goals.

Feedback controlFeedback control is used to provide information at the output stage about customers reactions to goods and services so that corrective action can be taken if necessary.
