MATLAMAT (GOALS):

This course is designed to develop a better understanding and knowledge on the importance of professional ethics in life. This enables professional ethics to be practised in management in terms of responsibility in managing organisation and technology.

HASIL PEMBELAJARAN (LEARNING OUTCOMES):

At the end of this course, the students will be able to:

(1) Apply ethics philosophy, moral values of engineers in providing services to community and organizations. (PLO1-C3)

(2) Apply management theory in managing engineering works. (PLO2-P3)(3) Explain work ethics concepts, legislative, standards, current issues and its relation with

professionalisms. (PLO8-A3)

SINOPSIS (SYNOPSIS):

Introduction and exposure to professional ethics, philosophy and ethics theorem, values in professional ethics, responsible in giving services, client and third party obligation, obligation of profession, professional behavioral monitoring, current issues on professional ethics and technology management theory.
