i. Asimptot mencancang

Fungsi f(x) tidak selanjar dengan x = -2

Had x-2- =

x−1x+2 =∞

∴ x = - 2 ( asimptot mencancang )

ii. Asimptot mengufuk

Had x+/- ∞ x−1x+2 = had x+/- ∞

1−1x

1+ 2x

= 1−01+0 = 1

∴y = 1 ( asimptot mengufuk )

b) g(x) = x2+2 x−3x

i. Asimptot mencancang

Fungsi f(x) tidak selanjar dengan x =0

Had x0- = x

2+2 x−3x

= x + 2 – 3/x =∞

∴ x = 0 ( asimptot mencancang )

ii. Asimptot condong

Had x+∞ f(x) = mx + c

m = Had x+ ∞ = f ( x )x

= x2+2 x−3x

= x + 2 – 3/x

= 1 + 2/ x – 3/ x 3 = 1

c = Had x+∞ = ( f(x)- x) = x2+2 x−3x

−x ¿2 x−3x

= had x+∞ ( 2 – 3/ x ) = 2

∴y = x + 2 ( asimptot condong )
