A written confirmation on the event before the stipulated deadline is required. The hotel reservesthe right to release automatically all unconfirmed bookings should there be no guaranteed bydeposit unless separate credit agreement has been agreed earlier .

4. All cancellation is not refundable.

5. FELDA Residence Tanjung Leman reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to theconditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

6. No outside food and beverage are allowed (otherwise corkage and loading fee will beimposed.)

7. All members taking part in any activities organized by the Hotel shall do so at their ownrisk. The Hotel shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. Alltours members are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal

belongings.8. Guest is responsible to bear any additional cost besides those stated in the packages and

no credit facilities will be given.

9. Our official check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours. The hotel alsoreserve the right to charge a half-day room rate for late check-out until 18:00 hours and fullday rate after 18:00 hours.
