Agenda 1

The Chairman thanked and welcomed all members for attending the second meeting. He informed all members to organize curriculum very well, so that “guru mengajar dan murid belajar”. All teachers should ensure that pupils get the best education from school.

Agenda 2 : Advice from the Advisor

2.1 The advisor hoped all the teachers are ready to give full commitment for the achievement in the English subject. The advisor also touched on Elite programme that has been started early this year and hoped that the programme will be well conducted.

2.2 He also stressed on LINUS pupils of 1 BETA class who should be given suitable activities according to their level.

Agenda 3 : Proposed and Seconded the 1st Minutes of Meeting 2013

The secretary read out the 1st Minutes of Meeting 2013. The Minutes of Meeting was approved without any objection.

Agenda 4 : Rising Action

The Chairman informed that the Orientation Week for Year 4 pupils was done successfully; however, there is still some aspects that should be improved.

Agenda 5 : Panel’s Report

5.1 Pupils’ exercise books observationThe Chairman informed that the observation will be done by headmaster and senior assistants. He reminded all the teachers to mark the exercise books continuously and there should be compliments for the good work.

5.2 Teaching and learning activitiesThe Chairman wanted all the teachers to focus more on vocabulary and spelling skills. He suggested the activity could be done 5 minutes before the class ended.

Agenda 6 : Other Matters

The Chairman informed that the new activity books for Year 6 are placed at SAL room and staffroom. Teachers could use them during extra classes.
