    Sosial emotional cheaklist

    1. Permulaan aktiviti- Sentiasa melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti konstruktif dengan pilihan atau idea sendiri, kerap

    menolak cadangan orang lain.

    - Memerlukan bantuan pada permulaan aktivti dan menerimanya sedia.- Memerlukan masa yang lama sebelum memulakan aktiviti, kadang2 menolak cadangan.- Jarang memulakan aktivti atau selalunya menolak cadangan.

    2. Temph perhatian- Boleh mengikuti aktiviti dalam tempoh yang lama dan juga melakukan perkara yang

    sama pada masa lain.

    - Can remain with an age-appropriate task until it is finished.- Need encouragement to stay with task until complete.- Rarely finishes task. Moves rapidly from one to another.

    3. Curiosity/ Inggin tahu..- Interested in new ideas- words and relationship as well as things.- Actively explores any new things in the room.- Can be intrigued by really exciting things, but usually uninterested.- Show little or no interest in anything new.

    4. Frustration Tolerence :- Is inventive in solving practical problems. If he is completely blocked, shows mature

    behavior.

    - Usually tries hard and accepts failure well, but if severely frustrated may behaveimmaturely.

    - Sometimes react to mild frustration by giving up, crying, or behaving aggressively.- Unable to tolarate any level of frustration; gives up, cries, or behave aggressively

    5. Relationship with teacher- Sell-insuffienct; may volunteer help or support to teacher.- Warm relationship, but asks for help or intention when appropriate.- Sometimes requires unusual amount of help or physical contact; seeks attention through

    silly or wild actions; or is occasionally aggersive toward teacher.

    - Continually seek help, contact, or attention; frequently behaves aggressively; or ignoresteacher entirely

    6. Acceptance of routines and limits- Understand and obey intelligently even when teacher is not present.- Usually conforms to limits and routines but can deviate easily when appropriate.- Frequently tests limits; or fails to follow routines; or somewhat anxious about changes in

    routines.

    - Testing of limits abd resisting of routines continuous problem; or compulsive aboutroutine-become anxious at any deviation from schedule.

    7. Reaction to adults other than teacher.- Interested in new adults; will take lead in conversation but not try to monopolize.- Doea not initiate contact but will accept it and leave room with adult if teacher tells him

    to do so.

    - Will not respond to initiation; or refuse to leaves room until he knows person well; oroverly eager for attention from stranger.

    - Cries or hides when stranger approaches; or make immediate demand for exclusiveattention from new adults.

    8. Interaction with other children.- Initiates cooperative play regularly- Occasionally initiates play and usually accept initiation from others- Often reject advances of others; or play more alone than with others.- Avoid other children most of the time.
