    1.0 OBJECTIVES

    The main objective of this course is to expose students on the practical aspect of engineering mechanicsinvolving mechanical vibrations and mechanics of solid. Students are also trained on how to convey theknowledge/findings through two types of communication skills: Technical report and presentation.

    2.0 LEARNING OUTCOMES

    At the end of this course, students should be able to:LO1 Conduct the experiment in accordance with standard practice. (P4, A3)LO2 Interpret and analyze collected data corresponding to the relevant theoretical knowledge. (C4)LO3 Function effectively as individual or in a group during experimental session. (TS, LS, A3)LO4 Write a good report that explains the experimental finding with standard technical writing

    format. (CS)LO5 Present and defend experimental findings in a seminar confidently. (CS)
