Sterile and labeled

Sterility test –TRIPLICATE

Adequate documentation

• Lab must have the capability to

do requested analysis

• Sender must present to deliver

samples personally

Bottled mineral water – original

sealed packaging

Others – sterile containers

Must be sent within 24 hours of

PAYMENT

Payment should be made at the time of sample submission.

Payment may be made in two ways either :-

Cash

Cheque made payable to “Government of Negara Brunei Darussalam”. The cheque should be crossed and endorsed by the issuing bank
