APA citation refers to the format of acknowledging sources both bibliography as well as in-text citation. A tugasan

with citation is a form of plagirarism. Your scope of tugasan would be formulate all 4 categories of questions basedstrictly on the one job position selected whereby it is indicated in the interoduction ie description of the said jobposition :)

A learner has to provide description for "Structured interviews" as well asthe description for the 4 types of setructured interview questions iesituation, background, behaviour and job related. Comparison betweenstructured interview and others not mentioned. Not required to describeinterview process too. But, do ensure, a job position is selected from anactual newspaper/internet advertisement. APA in-text reference is expectedas interview features somehow has to based on secondary data. Rgds.

Each question may be in sentences of 2 to 5 lines. The justification for each question formulated has to be inparagraphs too.

You can insert a copy of the advertisement as appendix but do provide the APA reference for the source.

The same goes for your web advertisement, do cite APA reference.
