7. Risk identification & managementPlease carefully think and identify what are the risks during the execution of the project that might come up and hamper this project to finish , at least to finis as planned. For every risk that you identify please also describe the plan that you will take to avoid it or to minimize the impact to the project ! having Plan B is one of the action you can think of. Every item in the project scope has risk. Please think and find it.

8. Project teamHere you must list out the team members in name and the unit she/ he is now in, what role in the project that you will expect from her/ him. Don't just mention number of people or the unit the person belongs. please mention the person's name. Avoid too many members from external organization because that will increase the risk of this project to fail. Also avoid to name persons only from within your group because that does reflect the reality of a real project.
