Web design & Development company.

It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company.

In 2007 the company starts their research work to develop a unique and safe

search engine for kids/student development.

Findings

Company is having a very unique product, mainly concentrated on educational

institution.

Work environment is very friendly.

High level of technical expertise and skill of the work force.

Low compensation.

High Quality of work. When software is created, it is checked several times by the

quality analyzer and tester and will also conduct a pre testing of the products.

Company doesn¶t have so many branches; it¶s just started to open branches slowly. It

will help the company to get more opportunities.

Presently company doesn¶t have any competitors.

Suggestion

Marketing employees is inadequate. This is limiting the company to increase

the sales.

A huge untapped market, it suggests that the management can take steps

to start more number of branches and attract more business

Special attention is also to be given to attract and retain the IT employees by

 providing more training and development and other employee welfare

measures.

Conclusion Developed a unique and safe engine for kids/student development, to raise the

83% of the college agreed that they will allow their students to do Virtual

Internship and improve their skills and to have market exposure,.

41% of the Institutes had observed that by Virtual Internship their students will

have more job opportunities

26% and 10% Institutes were able to identify in the students that it create

obligation and the students were getting Practical exposure and becoming goal

oriented.

23% Institutes found that students were able to find opportunities in research &

development.

Suggestions

It is observed from the study that number of branches is less and also number of 

marketing employees is inadequate.

There is found to be need to increase customer awareness, which seems to be

low regarding the products offered.

Promotion would be essential for any company to increase its customer base.
