i. X-Plan membolehkan pelanggan menukar sebarang barang kemas serta jongkong EMASberjenama lain kepada produk Public Gold.
ii. Nilai transaksi untuk X-Plan ini akan berdasarkan harga semasa yang tertera di lamanweb Public Gold (www.publicgold.com.my )

Terma dan Syarat :
1. X-Plan terbuka kepada semua pelanggan Public Gold.2. Pertukaran boleh dijalankan di semua cawangan Public Gold di seluruh Malaysia.3. Tempahan Harga tidak boleh dilakukan untuk promosi X-Plan.4. Proses pertukaran boleh dilakukan selepas melalui pengujian emas di Public Gold dan harga
pertukaran yang telah disetujui oleh pelanggan.
5. Emas yang gagal melalui ujian mesin ketumpatan emas TIDAK akan diterima untuk pertukaranini.
6. Harga pertukaran ini hanya sah dalam tempoh promosi yang ternyata di atas.7. Promosi X-Plan ini TIDAK termasuk pembelian melalui Ansuran Bulanan (Easy Payment
Purchase-EPP).
8. Pelanggan hanya dibenarkan menukar maksimum1KG emas setiap hari sahaja.9. Kos Pengangkutan akan dikenakan kepada cawangan Public Gold yang berada di luar Pulau
Pinang.
10.Pihak pengurusan Public Gold berhak,mengubah suai atau menambah terma dan syarat ini padabila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu.

Description:
I. Customers can trade in any gold bars or jewelleries from other brands (x brands) toPublic Gold products during this promotion.
II. The exchange value of x-brand product(s) is based on the live price shown on PublicGold website (www.publicgold.com.my)

Terms & Conditions:
1. X-plan is open to all customers of Public Gold.2. X-plan is open for trading at all Public Gold branches throughout Malaysia.3. Booking Price is not allowed for this promotion.4. Trading process will only proceed after purity test of gold and the price is agreed by the
customer.
5. For gold which failed the test of Density Test Machine will not be accepted in thistransaction.
6. The exchange price is only effective during this promotional period.7. This promotion is not valid for purchase which made through Easy Payment Purchase
(EPP).

Customer is allowed to exchange a maximum of 1kg gold each day.9. Transportation fee will be applied at Public Gold branches outside of Penang Island.10.Public Golds management reserves the right to make any changes of terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
