I n t r o d u c t i o n

MyTPA System created base on the 1st Idea from YBDato’ Dr Ahmad Shukri Ismail during discussion with MrShamsul Anuar Ibrahim & Mr K. Antony on the matterthat affected much for the General Practitioner Doctorsin Malaysia. GPs having problem because of most of TPAOperator always late paying the GPs claim. The medicalconsultation and medicine sometimes not in favour forthe patient because of TPA system are not supporting itand there are others problem arises with the existingTPA but not all TPA Operator are the same, some alsooffered good services to GPs. Due to this matter, webring up the idea of designing and commissioning a newTPA system that will solve the problems and offer thebest services to client and patient.
