PENGENALAN

Penyelia adalah suatu lapisan atau golongan pekerja yang paling penting

dalam pihak pengurusan dalam organisasi. Para penyelia dianggap sebagai

seorang orang tengah di antara majikan dan pekerja di zaman korporat ini. Untuk mengatasi cabaran “orang tengah” ini, para penyelia mesti memiliki

pelbagai kompetensi dan ketrampilan. Kursus selama 2-hari ini disusun khas

untuk penyelia baru dan penyelia berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan peranan mereka. Para penyelia akan meningkatkan peranan

penyeliaan mereka dan memberi sumbangan mereka yang lebih berkesan

kepada organisasi.

OBJEKTIF

Pada penghujung kursus 2-hari ini, para peserta dapat:-

Memahami peranan dan fungsi seorang penyelia yang berkesan

Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi mereka dalam bidang penyeliaan

supaya dapat melaksanakan tugas mereka dengan lebih cemerlang

Merancang, mengatur-cara, berkomunikasi, mengurus, dan memimpin para

pekerja-pekerja dengan lebih efektif Memberi motivasi kepada para pekerja supaya meningkatkan prestasi kerja dan

produktiviti

Memimpin para pekerja mereka terhadap pencapaian matlamat jabatan dan

organisasi

Membangunkan semangat pasukan yang berkesan dan bersinergi di tempat kerja

PENGAJAR

Mr. Gan, carried with him a considerable experience in 3D: Design, Develop & Deliver

trainings in areas, in particular People Management, QA & QC, 5S Implementation and

Auditing, Production & Planning, Store & Warehouse, Supervisory Skills and other

trainings. From his last 6 years of excellent track record as a trainer in many areas, he has

taught numerous participants, who range from Line leaders / store-hand to Senior

Managers of MNCs & SMEs. In total, he has delivered to numerous companies from

various industries and has established himself as a highly-regarded trainer famed for his

caliber and efficiency. As training goes beyond just classroom knowledge, his vast

industrial experiences and know-how will undoubtedly be the key differentiator as a

preferred trainer. With his skillful delivery, one can expect to learn deeper understanding

of advanced technical topics to be better equipped for the challenges in human resources

development. A Certified Train-The-Trainer (TTT) and Certified Six Sigma Black

Belt holder, he is also a Quality Management Consultant and a Certified Corporate

Coach; has delivered his expertise to many industries in Malaysia, mainly manufacturing

and services industry. A MBA degree holder, he has a vast industrial experience in

many industries such as semiconductor, automotive, electronics and diversified into

Quality, Engineering and Production areas. He was an Assistant Manager in a well-

known paperboard company in which he led the Production, Quality and Warehouse

department. He developed various continuous improvement initiatives whereby he

guided several successful project that brought in productivity improvement, operation

cost reduction, defect rate reduction and other long-term improvement in the

organization. He is currently a freelance trainer and works with many leading training

providers and several government projects in Malaysia.
