Kes-kes khas (Masalah)i. Kes Disiplin ( Kes ponteng dan buang sekolah). Wujudkan fail Kes Khas Sekolah untuk memfailkan semua kes ponteng dan buang sekolah Simpan senarai nama murid beserta surat amaran dan laporan tindakan unit disiplin di dalam fail Kes Khas Sekolah. Melaksanakan PBS sepanjang murid hadir ke sekolah.
Sekiranya tempoh pelaksanaan dan penilaian PBS telah tamat, murid tidak perlu melaksanakan PBS tersebut. Kaedah pelaksanaan PBS tertakluk kepada keputusan JK PBS sekolah. Memfailkan semua keputusan mesyuarat JK PBS Sekolah. Pentaksiran Pusat akan direkodkan berdasarkan hasil kerja semasa yang dilakukan oleh murid berkenaan.
ii. Kes tidak hadir sebab kesihatan. Dapatkan surat doktor kerajaan/laporan perubatan yang mengesahkan murid berkenaan sakit. Laksanakan PBS sepanjang murid hadir ke sekolah. Sekiranya tempoh pelaksanaan dan penilaian PBS telah tamat, murid tidak perlu melaksanakan PBS tersebut.
SISTEM FAIL1. Fail Perkembangan Murid (FPM)~ simpan edidens terbaik murid2. Fail Showcase (FS)~ simpan evidens murid yang terbaik dan
terpilih~ l kelas 1 evidens terbaik bagi band tertinggi
yang dicapai oleh murid kelas tersebut.

Instrumen ialah alat yang digunakan untuk menguji penguasaan atau pencapaian murid bagi sesuatu domain seperti ujian bertulis, ujian secara lisan, demonstrasi, ujian amali.
Deskriptor ialah pernyataan yang menerangkan apa yang murid tahu dan boleh buat berdasarkan standard di mana kualiti boleh ditaksir dan dicapai.
