ComDlaint At!ainst Celcom Axiata Berhad For Sendin2 Con SMS.Your letter dated the 10th/04/2012 which was email to me on 19th/04/2012 , refers. 2. You had not included telephone No. 019 - 2073641 , which is also the subject of complaint in my letter dated 11/04/2012 , item No.5. 3. Please refer paragraph 4 of your letter. In my letter dated 06/04/2012, item No. 10: I had asked your Seberang Jaya Office to stop all commercial advertisement on 17/11/2008 and 16/04/2010 to the three numbers registered to me. You failed to explain why the SMS DID NOT STOPPED. You also failed to give any aswer to my second letter ( date - 06/04/2012) Item No.3, complaint case No. C081204 -10846509. 4. Please refer to paragraph No.5 of your letter. This is a pure BVLLSHIT and a GRAND LIE. Your SMS Content Provider sent the con sms direct to phone No. 0192079359 at 23 : 32 hrs on 15/04/2012 and to phone No. 019-2073641 at 09: 16 hrs on 16/04/2012 . These were not random sms . They were intentional . You gave our numbers to them without our permission. 5. Please refer to paragraph No.6 of your letter. In my letter, item No. 12 ( c) I had stated the simcard was never used since December 2011 . Furthermore the Internet function had been locked out and the sms message item No. 0 is the proof. It is impossible to browse the Internet. This is bullshit No.2 and also a grand lie .

6. Your letter do not answer diretly to my complaints and properly addressed the issues. You are just giving some defensive answers of convenience. I therefore maintained the demand I made in my letters . Thank you . Yours truly,
