Lead process operations effectively and access process control parameters according to the standards.

Troubleshoot and review the operations activities of 400Tons/day detergent plant with DCS system.

Planning of raw materials to the work place, Execute the production schedule, coordinate with team leaders, supervisors and manage shift related activities effectively.

Working on SAP PP such as material management, RM Planning, material issuance, creating RM &

PM reservations, confirm daily production reports, audit floor cycle count balance.
