Mucosal surface of the colon lined by single layer of low columnar to cuboidal epithelium

with goblet cells that some area is ulcerative. Sub epithelial consist of seromucous gland.

Mucous surface of colon lined by single layer cuboidal cells with other surface

forming by flask shaped ulcer. Ulcer consist of granulation with fibrotic connective

tissue infiltrated by lymphocyte, hystiocyte, eosinophyle & polymorphonuclear cells.

Spread in all layer amoeba characterized by big cells with excentric basophyli nuclei.

Sometimes cytoplasm contain many vacuola and erythrocytosis by the trophozoites.
