Important Notes:a. The Contractors/Suppliers are requested to bring along a valid KTMB Certificate, GST Registration

Certificate and MOF or CIDB Registration Certificate (works) when purchase the RFQ.

b. The Contractors/Suppliers are required to attend the mandatory briefing or site visit. The RFQ is issued and sold to the Contractors who met the requirement.

c. For works/services involving tracks, the Contractors are advised to obtain a valid KTMB 038 Certificate organized by Malaysian Railway Academy (MyRA) at Batu Gajah.

d. KTMB shall not be responsible for any costs arising as a result of this RFQ.

e. The completed RFQ must be submitted by hand in a sealed envelope and deposited in the specific Quotation Box at the below address not later than 12.00 noon on the RFQ closing date. Late submission will not be considered.
