Duties in line: MARINE RELATED - Handles RFQ and tenders submitted by clients

- Submit RFQ and tenders to client with professionalism

- Update quotations given to clients

- Liaise with client regarding project requirement and propose suitable vessels

- Prepare Charter Party Agreement

- Prepare Job Confirmation for submission to accounts department for invoice purposes

- General filing of documents

- Prepare documents for audit purposes

- Prepare AutoCAD planning based on client request

- Ship Repair Manager (SRM) duty - Signing of permits (hotworks, enclosed space, bunkering)

- Part of company safety committee

- Attend daily VSCC and toolbox meeting

- Attend monthly WSH meeting

- Attend various surveys onboard vessel (E.g. Suitability Survey, MWS Survey, Bunker

- Handles punch list given by surveyor

- Closing of punch list with substantial evidence and emailing to charterer of punch list close- out

- Ensure vessel readiness prior to survey

- To make sure that every aspect of vessel documentation and technical is updated

- To make sure vessel previous survey punch list has been closed out and maintained

- Ensure vessel readiness prior to On Hire

- To make sure that punch list close-out report is completed and done

- Requisitions from vessel is fully taken care of

- Liaise with charterer with regard to project and voyage information for the vessel

- Ensure that charterer and end-user is satisfied with the vessel prior to on hire

- Crewing matters (very minimal) - Crew change if project is more than 60 days

- Ensure client is billed correctly for the project and the correct invoice is sent to them

- Monitor vessel movement and project work for charterer

- Ensure vessel conditions upon off hire

YARD RELATED

- Attend surveys by client to view the yard for rental purposes

- Propose to client the yard and wharf tariffs and usage of facilities and equipments

- Negotiate with client with regards to yard rental

- Ensure client needs is taken care of regarding to the usage of the yard space

- Prepare contract and yard layout for agreement with client

- Liaise with client with regards to formalities prior to moving in

- Liaise with yard supervisors prior to client moving in (Usage of cranes, forklift, etc)

- Prepare Job Confirmation for submission to accounts department for invoice purposes
