    merupakan dokumen yang menggariskan perkara-perkara yang perlu diperolehi oleh

    seseorang graduan di dalam bidang kemahiran Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa).Sukatan latihan

    ini dibangunkan mengikut format sukatan Institusi Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM)

    dan telah mengambil kira Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan Kebangsaan (National

    Occupational Skill Standard – NOSS) yang dihasilkan oleh Jabatan Pembangunan

    Kemahiran (JPK).Sukatan latihan ini juga mengambil kira penambahan kompetensi selaras

    dengan keperluan teknologi semasa dan memenuhi standard persijilan.

    Dengan ini adalah dimaklumkan bahawa silibus.Kluster Penyelenggaraan Elektrik bagi

    kursus peringkat Diploma Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa) yang telah disemak oleh

    Jawatankuasa Pemandu Kurikulum, Jabatan Tenaga Manusia adalah DISAHKAN dalam

    Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pemandu Kurikulum bil. 2/2014 yang telah diadakan pada 29 & 30

    1. PENDAHULUAN

    1.1 Pengenalan

    Sukatan latihan ini merupakan garis panduan bagi pelajar di Institusi Latihan Jabatan

    Tenaga Manusia berkaitan modul latihan kemahiran yang akan dipelajari dalam bidang

    Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa). Semua modul yang terkandung di dalam sukatan latihan ini

    akan dinilai berasaskan keterampilan bagi memastikan setiap pelajar berkebolehan dan

    berkeupayaan melaksanakan modul-modul berkenaan mengikut tahap kemahiran yang

    dipelajari.

    Sukatan latihan ini dibangunkan mengikut format sukatan Institusi Latihan Jabatan

    Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM) dan telah mengambil kira Standard Kemahiran Kebangsaan

    (National Occupational Standard Skills – NOSS) yang disediakan oleh Jabatan

    Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) dan sukatan latihan kekompetenan Penjaga Jentera

    Elektrik oleh Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Kandungan latihan ini juga mengambil kira

    penambahan kompetensi selaras dengan keperluan teknologi semasa dan memenuhi

    standard persijilan.

    1.2 Objektif

    Objektif sukatan latihan ini dibangunkan adalah untuk membantu pensyarah dalam

    menyediakan pembelajaran latihan kemahiran agar keseragaman latihan dapat

    dilakukan di semua ILJTM bagi kursus Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa).

    1.3 Pra – Syarat

    Kursus Diploma Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa) merupakan kursus peringkat diploma yang

    dikendalikan oleh Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (JTM). Syarat kelayakan bagi kursus ini

    adalah seperti berikut :

    A) Institusi Latihan di bawah Jabatan Tenaga Manusia;

    * Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3 – Three Phase Electrical Installation &

    Maintenance (EE-320-3:2012).

    B) Lain-lain Institusi;

    * Calon mesti memiliki Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3, Three Phase

    Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EE-320-3:2012) dan Sijil Pelajaran

    Malaysia (SPM) atau Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) dengan

    kepujian dalam mata pelajaran berikut:

    i. Bahasa Melayu

    ii. Matematik atau Matematik Tambahan

    iii. Sains atau Fizik

    iv. Lulus Bahasa Inggeris

    1.4 Tempoh Latihan Diploma Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa)

    Pelajar yang mengikuti Diploma Teknologi Elektrik (Kuasa) perlu menjalani tempoh

    latihan kemahiran sepenuh masa selama dua tahun. Pada tahun pertama pengajian

    (semester 5 dan semester 6) pelajar akan menjalani latihan teori dan amali secara

    sepenuh masa. Pelajar perlu menjalani Latihan Industri (Industrial Training) selama

    enam bulan pada semester 7 dan menyiapkan projek tahun akhir di semester 8.

    1.5 Peperiksaan Kekompetenan Penjaga Jentera Elektrik (Kategori A0)

    Untuk membolehkan pelajar menduduki peperiksaan Kekompetenan Penjaga Jentera

    Elektrik (kategori A0) mereka perlu memiliki Sijil Kekompetenan Pendawai Elektrik

    dan melengkapkan semua modul yang ditetapkan oleh institut dan lulus dengan jayanya

    sebelum disahkan untuk menduduki peperiksaan Kekompetenan Penjaga Jentera

    Elektrik.

    1.6 Kaedah Latihan

    Kaedah latihan di ILJTM bagi peringkat Diploma adalah berteraskan kepada kemahiran

    di mana 60% latihan amali dan 40% pembelajaran teori.
