Job description:-

• Enforce the implementation and compliance of ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. Maintaincurrent and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.

• Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures, andinterviews project personnel and clients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.

• Scheduled, facilitate and conduct Internal Audit, External QMS Audit and Client Audit (Brunei Shell Petroleum) annually. Review, analyse audit findings and recommend corrective measure and preventative action for improvement. Compiles audit findings, establish reports for future records.

• Conduct investigation on customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Analyse non-conformance, identify root cause, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventative action.

• Plan and monitor Quality training programs and activities to ensure it is carried out as per planned scheduled and report the performance progress to management.

• Provide induction training and introduction to ISO 9001:2008 QMS to new employees and annually quality awareness training to all employees.

• To perform other assigned duties as necessary within the realm of the Project Management Office.

Job description:-

1) Engineering

• Coordinate on quality and cost down project. Handle project from initial conception through design, drawings, feasibility studies, cost estimation, evaluation, optimization value engineering, project development, evaluation and result report to measure the effectiveness.

• Supervise and monitor project progress with HQ, QA/QC, Production, Engineering on the on-going results with consideration of manufacturing process, yield, quality and cost aspects.

• Proactively search for new material source and recommend existing supplier for alternate raw material source, negotiate with supplier to achieve desire result related to quality, cost, delivery and service.

• Continuous interact with production floor member to resolve material quality issue, work in progress, raw material inventory, and continuous improvement activity (KAIZEN).

• Established, revise all related documentation of material specification, storage and handling of material in production floor to respective process, Warehouse and Supplier side.

• Collect, analyze data variation at the process (SPC) and execute isolation of defects, corrective action to reduce data variation for process optimization.

2) Quality

• Established, develop, revise and continuous monitoring Quality Management System (ISO/TS-16949) specification, policies and standard to support proper and smooth executionof all quality related in meeting standards and requirement.

• Manage material quality in Incoming Inspection, established inspection method and specification based on material drawing / design. Provide continuous training to floor members on new or revised specification and quality awareness.

• Specify material quality specification and standard to supplier. Ensure all direct and indirect materialcompliance with specification requirement.

• Coordinate, perform and monitor Internal Audit, Quality & Periodical Audit based on ISO/TS-16949 requirement to determine qualification and performance of supplier.

• Solving material non-conformance (NCR), execute investigation, containment action, taking necessary corrective action and continuous improvement plan and preventative action.

• Apply 7QC tools, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), POKA YOKE, 5S in working routine.• Supplier Management System: Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct supplier

performance evaluation periodically and establish supplier list.

3) Procurement

• Perform monthly material forecast and timely provide to supplier. • To source quotation as per BOM, prepare and issue Purchase Order, determine and

negotiate on the pricing, delivery and ensure order confirmation returned.• Analyze and strive to maintain up-to-date on market trend, pricing and availability and

supplier capability relative to the product assigned.• Verify availability of stock, tracking shipment closely, investigate delay and initiate remedial

action.• Perform monthly review of purchase price for all item and report making.• Monitor material usage and inventory holding. Responsible to established and monitor

material storing (FIFO) and handling in Warehouse to avoid defect and exceed expiry date. • Continuous negotiate with supplier, freight provider and forwarding agent in term of price

reduction, cost, delivery and service.
