Project Manager/Consultant and Client Representatives and keeping records of Minutes of Meetings.

Studying tender documents and project’s specifications and ensuring project contractual requirements are understood and complied with throughout project execution.

Administering and preparing correspondences, Minutes of Meeting, task lists, work lists, etc. as directed by Project Manager.

Awarded by Saudi Seaports Authority with a total value of approximately SAR 200 Million, the contract includes Design, Engineering and Construction of 620 m long Quay Wall (Berth Number 37 in Dammam Sea Port) of an 11 m width and a 22 m depth; which connects two existing berths. The project was designed by COWI. The project includes Asphalt Yard and Service gallery in the cope Beam. Work requires casting and installing 1500 R.C. Precast Blocks weighing up to 200 tons by heavy equipment and cranes, casting 620 m long Cast-in-situ R.C. Cope Beam and installing full marine Furniture.

Awarded by ZAMIL Offshore Services Company, Phase 2 Consists of Construction of transfer Area which includes 11 ship building and repairing vessels connected to the Ship Lift by two-way rails on a raft foundation of 33,700 m2 area; designed by TTS Group ASA. All rails have been fabricated and installed through a subcontract by Gantrex International. Also, Railway connects the transfer Area to a Ship Steel Treatment Building of an area of 23,260 m2 in addition to 2800 L.M. Utilities Trenches of 1.8 m depth and 3 m width and all utilities facilities including access roads, sewage network, Sewage Pumping Station and Treatment Plant, Firefighting and Ship Cooling Pump Room and Fresh Water Tank and seven Piping Networks of 8000 L.M. total length with a total value of SAR 75 Million.

Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer. Studying tender documents and project’s

specifications and ensuring project contractual requirements are understood and complied with throughout project execution.

Reviewing IFC drawings, ensuring constructability and uniformity of approach to design drawings and identifying and analyzing potential technical issues to ensure that optimum solutions are implemented.

Administering, preparing and assisting in shop drawings submittals and their approvals.

Preparing and reviewing bar bending Schedules.

Liaising with project controls, document control, procurement, construction, quality, HSE and relevant governmental departments.

Discharge Canal, and 2100 L.M. shore protection with a total value of USD 108 million.
