PERATURAN DAN AMALAN SEMASA PEMBENTANGAN DEE6092

1. Semua pelajar hendaklah mematuhi garis panduan peraturan Politeknik Mersing semasa

pembentangan dijalankan. Ini termasuk dari segi pemakaian, fesyen rambut dan sahsiah

pelajar.

2. SEMUA PELAJAR PERLU BERSEDIA DI BILIK PEMBENTANGAN YANG TELAH DISUSUN PADA

PUKUL 8 AM. Semua peralatan untuk demonstrasi projek perlu disediakan oleh pelajar.

Kegagalan untuk hadir awal ke bilik pembentangan boleh menyebabkan anda tidak

dibenarkan untuk membuat pembentangan projek, maka tiada markah pembentangan

untuk anda. Sila hadir lebih awal untuk persediaan.

3. Pelajar hanya diberi masa selama 15 minit untuk setiap sesi pembentangan, melalui pecahan

berikut:

a. Persediaan – 5 minit

b. Pembentangan – 10 minit

c. Demonstrasi projek & soal jawab – 5 minit

4. Sesi pembentangan akan bermula tepat pada pukul 8.30am.

5. Pelajar perlu ambil, cetak dan isi ‘Borang (Pembentangan) Sem 5 DEE6092’ mengikut jenis

projek yang telah dibuat, samaada projek jenis software, hardware atau interfacing. Borang

ini perlu diisi dalam DUA(2) SALINAN dan perlu diserahkan pada panel penilai pada waktu

pembentangan.

6. PANEL PENILAI BERHAK UNTUK MENGHALANG ATAU MEMBERHENTIKAN

PEMBENTANGAN PELAJAR SEKIRANYA DIDAPATI PELAJAR TIDAK MEMATUHI PERATURAN

YANG TELAH DITETAPKAN, BERGANTUNG ATAS BUDI BICARA PANEL PENILAI.

7. Berikut adalah carta alir sepanjang sesi pembentangan.

8. Kerjasama daripada semua pihak adalah perlu untuk menjadikan proses pembentangan in
