1.0 PURPOSEThe main purpose of this paperwork is so that it can get consideration and approval from Yang Berusaha Dr. Ahmadasri Bin Alaudin, director of Jabatan Hal Ehwal Pelajar, Universiti Utara Malaysia to conduct a programme named Korga Expedition for Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa UUM.

2.0 BACKROUND2.1 Programme Korga Expedition is not only hiking but will perform community

service to the residents to clean the mosque and give contribution to the mosque and contribution to the indigenous people (Orang Asli).

2.2 For the purpose of saving the earth, hikers also will clean up the track and the environment.

2.3 This programme includes both activities at the same time, that is doing charity or volunteer and also do adventure activity that is hiking.

2.4 This programme will being organised by Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa UUM and it will test the member’s ability to apply knowledge of rover in this programme.

3.0 AIMThe aim of this program is to make Kelab Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa UUM as a pioneer in charitable activities and at the same time also known as active clubs in challenging activities. Indirectly KLKM will be the focus and the main reference in line with the objectives of the program UUM which became a reference point in all its aspects. The program also aims to expose students practically about culture and life of the indigenous people (Orang Asli) and students can gain knowledge from the nature and give the members experiences in hiking activities . Besides, students will get knowledge that can not be attained through lecturer hall.

4.0 OBJECTIVE4.1 Able to forge ties between UUM students and villagers and indigenous

communities in Cameron Highlands.4.2 Give exposure about charity and hiking activities to members of Kelab

Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa UUM.4.3 To test the ability of a ‘rovers’ for all members.4.4 To foster a better relationships among new and old members.

5.0 PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
