COMPANY BACKGROUND

Trio Paper Mills Sdn. Bhd (TPM) was

incorporated on 17 January 1972 under

the Companies Acts, 1965. Our Company

is principally engaged in the business of

manufacturing of recycled paper for use

in corrugated board and carton box

products.

The principle place of business of TPM is

located at Kawasan Perindustrian IKS

Tasek, Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai

Selatan, Pulau Pinang.

Quality Control

TEST EQUIPMENTS

Micro-Computer Ring Crush - Incorporate a highly accurate load cell

to enable direct view of the strength of the specimen on display. Used

to test ring crush strength (vertical & horizontal).

Ply Bond Tester - Used to test adhesive strength of paperboard inter

layer bonding.

Die Cutter - Used for preparing the standard specimen for ring crush

test or others.

Freeness Tester - To test pulp fineness.

Moisture Meter HK300 - For instant measurement of moisture in sheets of

paper.

Basic Weight Scale - To determine the weight of paper or paperboard.

Moisture Meter type DS5-AL - For quick measurement of moisture in

wastepaper.

Water Absorption Tester GT-6015 - For fast determination of the amount

of water absorbed by a paper or board in a given time.

Raw Material

Trio Paper Mills Sdn. Bhd. views raw material as one of the most important

components in the manufacturing of high quality products. All the waste paper

purchased is subject to stringent incoming quality inspection by ways of going

through various kinds of tests.
