    250 gm mentega

    1 cawan gula castor

    5 biji telur

    sudu kecil esen vanila

    cawan koko

    2 cawan tepung naik sendiri

    sudu kecil soda bikarbonat

    1 cawan susu coklat yg disejukkan

    Topping:

    gula icing

    koko

    cawan susu coklat

    1 sudu kecil mentega

    Cara: pukul mentega dan gula castor hingga kembang.masukkantelur sebiji sebiji dan esen vanila.ayak tepung naik sendiri,koko dan

    soda bikarbonat bersama dan kemudian masukkan ke dalam

    campuran tadi bersama susu coklat berselang seli.

    topping:

    masukkan koko,gula icing dan mentega ke dalam kuali yg dah

    di'double boiling'.kemudian masukkan susu coklat dah kacau.jika

    terlalu cair masukkan gula icing dan jika terlalu pekat tambahkan

    susu coklat. Cadangan Hidangan: hiasan:

    taburkan hirisan badam atau coklat rice atau apa-apa yang dirasakan

    perlu dan menarik.

    Bahan-Bahan: 5 auns mentega

    6 auns gula halus

    8 auns tepung gandum

    4 biji telur

    1 sudu besar esen pandan 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik

    1 tin kecil kelapa parut

    Sedikit pewarna hijau

    Jem secukupnya Cara: Gula dan mentega dipukul hingga kembang.

    Pukul telur berasingan sampai naik dan masukkan ke dalam adunanmentega. Pukul lagi sehingga sebati. Masukkan esen pandan dan

    pewarna hijau. Masukkan tepung yang diayak bersama tepung

    penaik, sedikit-sedikit sambil dikacau perlahan-lahan sehingga rata.

    Masukkan dalam tiga acuan pembakar yang disapu minyak dan bakar

    sehingga masak. Sesudah masak, keluarkan daripada acuan dan sapu

    jem yang telah dipanaskan ke atas kek dan lapiskan yang kedua dan

    ketiga. Akhir sekali sapu jem dia atas lapisan ketiga dan tabur kelapa

    secukupnya .

    KEK COKLAT KUKUS / STEAMED CHOCOLATE CAKE

    1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour

    3/4 cups of coco powder

    2 cups of sugar

    1 block of butter

    1 teaspoon of vanilla essense

    5 eggs1 cup of evaporated milk

    1 bar of cooking chocolate

    chocolate rice

    Procedure:

    1. Sieve the self-raising flour and coco powder in a bowl.

    2. Beat 1 1/2 cups of sugar with the butter until it is well mixed.

    3. Add in a teaspoon of vanilla essence.

    5. Add in 5 eggs. Two at a time with the mixed flour and coco powder.

    6. Then put in a cup of condensed milk and beat it until it blends well with the other ingredients.

    7. Put the mixture into a cake container and steam it for 45 minutes or until it is done.

    8. Melt some cooking chocolate and pour on the cake when it's cold.

    9. Decorate with some chocolate rice and it is ready to be served.
