    QUALITY OBJECTIVEQuality objectives for PT.GEOTINDO MITRA KENCANA to implement the quality

    policy, to meet requirements for products/ services and processes, and to improve

    quality system and quality performance, are:

    Profit growth: 10% growth of net profit per year.

    Employee satisfaction: Reduction in employee turnover by 5% annually by

    considering annual salary and other benefit increase.

    Differentiation and competitive advantage: Introduction of the latest survey

    equipment technology every a year.

    Customer satisfaction: Achieve and maintain an average customer satisfaction

    level of 85% in our customer surveys by closer communications to ensure clients
