Pedagang yang layak serta kod-kod kategori pedagang yang berkaitan (MCC) dengan Rebat Perubatan dan Pendidikan adalah seperti berikut: Oleh kerana peruntukan kod kategori pedagang adalah tanggungjawab Pemeroleh Kad (pihak yang bertanggungjawab mendaftarkan pedagang dan memperuntukan kod kategori pedagang yang sepatutnya), pihak Bank OCBC tidak akan bertanggungjawab bagi sebarang peruntukan kod kategori pedagang yang tidak tepat yang menyebabkan Ahli Kad OCBC Great Eastern tidak layak mendapat rebat Perubatan dan Pelajaran dari sebarang pedagang yang layak. The following Cardmembers shall not be eligible to participate in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme: i) Holders of OCBC Credit Card(s) not issued in Malaysia; ii) Cardmembers whose other accounts held with OCBC Bank are deemed to be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted; iii) Cardmembers whose OCBC Credit Card(s) account(s) with OCBC Bank have been terminated or who have breached any other agreement with OCBC Bank. 12. The rebates will be credited on a monthly basis and reflected in the coming Cardmember’s OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) monthly statement. 13. The rebate accrued is subject to adjustment if there are any credit(s) or debit(s) posted to Cardmembers’ Card Account including those arising from returned goods or services, or billing disputes. 14. Disputed transactions/billings will not be eligible for rebates under the OCBC GE Rebate Programme. 15. The payout for OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be calculated to the nearest Ringgit Malaysia based on the total amount spent. 16. All rebates awarded under the OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be deemed void or forfeited in the event that one or more of the following occurs: i) The Cardmembers’ OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) is/are terminated by OCBC Bank for any reason; ii) There is loss, theft, damage, destruction, fraudulent or unauthorised use of OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s); iii) The Cardmember cancels OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s); (iv) The OCBC GE Rebate Programme terminates for whatever reason 17. Reversals of disputed transaction will result in the corresponding rebate being reversed as well. 18. The rebates are not transferable or exchangeable for other items, credit or kind, in part or full. 19. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be final, conclusive and binding on all parties. No correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained. By participating in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme, the Cardmembers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 20. OCBC Bank and Great Eastern shall not be liable for any injury or loss of lives or valuables or any other loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever suffered or sustained by the Cardmembers arising or resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme or as a result of any act of omission on the part of OCBC Bank or Great Eastern. 21. OCBC Bank and Great Eastern shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of OCBC Bank or Great Eastern. 22. In no event will OCBC Bank or Great Eastern be liable for any loss or damages including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, OCBC Travel Insurance OCBC Great Eastern OCBC Great Eastern Platinum Card Titanium Section I : Up to Travel Personal RM2,000,000 p.a. n/a Accident Benefit Section II : Up to Up to Travel Inconvenience RM5,000 p.a. Benefit punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Rebate Programme, even if OCBC Bank or Great Eastern has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. 23. OCBC Bank may, at its sole discretion, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions or vary, suspend or terminate the OCBC GE Rebate Programme without any prior notice to the Cardmembers. Variations or additions to these Terms and Conditions or the variation, suspension or termination of the OCBC GE Rebate Programme may be made by placing a general notice in any one issue of a daily national newspaper or by posting a general notice in any OCBC Bank branch or its website or by incorporating the notice into OCBC Bank’s statement sent to the Cardmembers periodically and the notice will take effect from the date set out in the notice and, if no date is stated, will take effect from the date of notice. 24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and all eligible Cardmembers who participate in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. 10. Bagi tujuan pengiraan, perbelanjaan transaksi luar negeri ialah selepas ditukarkan kepada Ringgit Malaysia (RM) dan berdasarkan rekod transaksi Bank sahaja. 11. Ahli Kad yang berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Program Rebat OCBC GE: i) Ahli yang memegang Kad Kredit OCBC yang tidak dikeluarkan di Malaysia; ii) Ahli Kad dengan akaun OCBC lain yang dianggap tidak memuaskan atau tidak dikendalikan dengan baik; iii) Ahli Kad dengan akaun kad kredit OCBC yang telah ditamatkan atau yang telah melanggar sebarang perjanjian yang lain dengan pihak Bank OCBC. 12. Rebat akan dikreditkan setiap bulan dan akan ditunjukkan dalam kenyataan bulan Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern yang akan datang. 13. Rebat yang terkumpul akan diselaraskan sekiranya ada sebarang kredit atau debit dibuat terhadap Akaun Kad Ahli Kad termasuk pengembalian barangan atau perkhidmatan, atau pertikaian bil. 14. Bil/transaksi yang dipertikaikan tidak akan layak untuk mendapatkan rebat dibawah Program Rebat OCBC GE. 15. Pembayaran bagi Program Rebat OCBC GE akan dikira mengikut Ringgit Malaysia yang terdekat berdasarkan jumlah keseluruhan perbelanjaan. 16. Semua rebat yang diberikan dibawah Program Rebat OCBC GE akan menjadi tidak sah sekiranya satu atau salah satu daripada yang berikut terjadi: i) Kad Kredit Ahli Kad OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) telah ditamatkan oleh pihak Bank OCBC kerana sebab yang tertentu; ii) Terjadinya kehilangan, kecurian, kerosakan, kemusnahan, penipuan atau penggunaan yang tidak sah Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern; iii) Ahli Kad membatalkan Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern Credit; (iv) Program Rebat OCBC GE diberhentikan bagi sebab-sebab yang tertentu. 17. Pembalikan transaksi yang dipertikaikan akan menyebabkan rebat yang sama diterbalikkan juga. 18. Rebat tidak boleh dipindah atau ditukar untuk barangan yang lain, kredit atau jenis yang lain, separuh atau sepenuhnya. 19. Keputusan Pihak Bank OCBC berkaitan semua hal Program Rebat OCBC GE adalah yang terakhir, muktamad dan sah. Pihak Bank tidak akan melayani sebarang surat-menyurat atau percubaan untuk mempertikaikan keputusan tersebut. Dengan penyertaan Promosi ini, Ahli Kad bersetuju untuk mematuhi segala terma dan syarat pihak bank. 20. Pihak Bank OCBC Bank dan Great Eastern tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kecederaan atau kehilangan nyawa atau barangan atau sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan yang lain yang bagaimana atau dialami atau diperolehi oleh Ahli Kad disebabkan atau akibat, samada secara langsung atau tidak langsung, secara keseluruhannya atau tidak dengan menyertai Program Rebat OCBC GE ini atau disebabkan sebarang kesilapan oleh pihak Bank OCBC atau Great Eastern. 21. Pihak Bank dan Great Eastern tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kelalaian yang disebabkan kuasa Tuhan, peperangan, rusuhan, mogokan, keganasan, wabak, halangan, sebab industri, kebakaran, banjir, kemarau, rebut atau sebarang kejadian yang lain diluar kawalan yang munasabah oleh pihak Bank dan Great Eastern. 22. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kehilangan atau gantirugi termasuk dan tidak terhad kepada, kehilangan pendapatan, keuntungan atau nama baik (goodwill), secara langsung atau tidak langsung, secara sampingan, lanjutan, teladan, punitif atau gantirugi khas bagi sebarang pihak termasuk pihak ketiga tidak kira bagaimana berbangkit samada dari kontrak, tort, kecuaian atau yang lain, berkaitan dengan Promosi ini dan/atau barangan dan perkhidmatan, sungguhpun pihak Bank telah diberitahu akan kemungkinan perlunya ganti rugi terlebih dahulu, semua ganti rugi tersebut adalah dikecualikan secara nyata 23. Q1: Can I enjoy the Insurance Premium Rebate if my insurance premium payment is not via Great Eastern Easi-Pay Service?

A: No. You must sign up for the Great Eastern Easi-Pay Service for your Great Eastern Insurance in order to enjoy the Insurance Premium Rebate of 2% (Titanium Card) or 3% (Platinum Card). Other non Great Eastern Easi-Pay Insurance Premium paid will be accorded the Retail Spend Rebate.

Q2: What transactions qualify for ‘Retail Spend Rebate’?

A: Qualified transactions include all local and overseas new retail spending, e-commerce/internet purchases, petrol, and the instalment amount of Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) transactions.

Q3: What types of transactions are excluded from the ‘Retail Spend Rebate’?

A: Recurring Payment/Auto Debit transactions, Flexi Payment Plan (FPP), Savvy Saver Plan (SSP), Balance Transfers, Cash Advance, Call-for-Cash, Dial-a-Cash, Dial-a-Cheque, Outstanding Balance, Finance Charges, Annual Fees, Late Charges, Reversals, Fraudulent Retail Transactions and other fees and charges are not eligible for the Spend Rebate.

A: There is a cap for rebate on Insurance Premiums. The maximum insurance rebate per year is RM120 for OCBC Great Eastern Titanium Card and RM450 for OCBC Great Eastern Platinum card.

Q5: Is there a maximum Rebate amount for other spending?

A: There is a cap for rebate on other purchases. The maximum rebate for Retail Spend, Education and Medical per month is capped at RM200 (equivalent to RM2,400 per year) for OCBC Great Eastern Titanium card and RM250 (equivalent to RM3,000 per year) for OCBC Platinum card.

Q6: Is OAC insurance premium via Great Eastern Easi-Pay Service entitled for Insurance Rebate?

A: Yes. OAC insurance premium paid via Great Eastern Easi-Pay Service is entitled for the Insurance Rebate.

Q7: Does the supplementary cardmember enjoy the same Rebate?

A: Yes and the rebate will be credited to the Principal Card Account.

Q8: How is the Rebate calculated? When will it be displayed in the monthly credit card statement?

A: There is no Annual Fee charged for the first year for new card issuance. Claims ConditionsQ1: How to claim under Section I of the OCBC Travel Personal

Accident Insurance?A: You must initiate the Claims Procedures as follows:

• Notify OCBC Bank in writing as soon as possible within 30 days after the date of the Accident occurrence

• Complete the Insurance Claim form (Call OCBC Contact Centre for the form) duly completed with details of the Accident together with supporting documents or evidence (example: police report, medical report, death certificate, counterfoils of air tickets, copies of credit card charge slips, etc)

Q2: How to claim under Section II: OCBC Travel Inconvenience benefit?

A: Please call OCBC Contact Centre on 1 300 88 5000 to lodge a claim. You must provide OCBC Bank with the following

supporting documents in order for the Bank to process and verify your claim:1. Completed claim form2. Photocopy of your air ticket3. Confirmation letter/report from Airline Company – evidence

of flight delay, luggage delay, luggage loss, etc.4. Flight misconnections – receipts for accommodation, meals

and refreshment that were charged to your OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card

5. Luggage Delay/Luggage Loss – receipts for clothes and toiletries you bought during the emergency

Travel Inconvenience Benefits

1. Flight Delay When your confirmed outbound scheduled flight is delayed or

cancelled and no alternative onward transportation is made available within 4 hours of the actual departure time of this outbound scheduled flight, you and your family will be reimbursed for the OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card charges incurred for the hotel accommodation and restaurant meals and refreshments.

2. Missed Connections If you miss your confirmed, onward connecting scheduled flight

at the transfer point due to the late arrival of your incoming confirmed scheduled flight or if your onward connecting scheduled flight is delayed for 4 hours or more and no alternative onward transportation is made available, you and your family will be reimbursed for the OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card charges incurred for meals, refreshments or hotel accommodation.

3. Flight Cancellation If your planned trip is cancelled due to illness, bodily injury, death

or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control to you and/or immediate family, you will be reimbursed for the necessary pre-paid (non-refundable) expenses in your home control.

4. Luggage Delay When your accompanied checked-in luggage is not delivered

within 6 hours of your arrival at the abroad scheduled destination point, you and your family will be reimbursed for the OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card charges incurred for the emergency purchases of essential clothing and requisites.

5. Luggage Loss When your accompanied checked-in luggage is not delivered

within 48 hours of your arrival at the abroad scheduled destination, you and your family will be reimbursed for the OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card charges incurred within 96 hours of your arrival at the abroad scheduled destination point, for the purchase of essential clothing and requisites.

The table below summarises the benefits (sum assured per year) for the following travel inconveniences:-

TERMS & CONDITIONS1. The OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card Rebate Programme (“OCBC GE

Rebate Programme”) will be an on-going feature that is open to all eligible Principal and Supplementary OCBC Great Eastern Platinum, Titanium, Gold and Classic Credit Card members (“Cardmembers”) of OCBC Bank. Only those with valid subsisting OCBC Credit Card(s) and whose accounts are in good standing with OCBC Bank may enjoy the benefits of this OCBC GE Rebate Programme, such of which will be determined by OCBC Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. The OCBC GE Rebate Programme is not applicable for the OCBC Platinum, Titanium, Gold and Classic Credit Card.

3. The OCBC GE Rebate Programme structure is as follows:-

5. The OCBC Great Eastern Insurance Rebate is only applicable for transaction via Great Eastern Easi-Pay Service only.

6. The Retail Spend Rebate is calculated based on the Total Retail Spend for the month (non-cumulative from previous month).

7. The Retail Spend Rebate is awarded to Cardmembers for spending on all local and overseas new retail purchases, e-commerce/internet transactions, Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) transactions (monthly instalment amount) and Mail Order/Telephone Order transactions.

8. Auto debit/Recurring, Flexi Payment Plan (FPP), Savvy Saver Plan (SSP), balance transfers, cash advances, Call-for-Cash, Dial-a-Cash, Dial-a-Cheque, outstanding balances, finance charges, annual fees, late charges, reversals, fraudulent retail transactions and other fees and charges are excluded from the Retail Spend Rebate.

As the assignment of merchant category codes is under the Card

Acquirer’s responsibility (party responsible in signing up the merchant and assigning the correct merchant category codes), OCBC Bank will not be responsible for any wrong assignment of merchant category codes that leads to the OCBC Great Eastern Cardmember not getting the Medical and Education rebates from any eligible merchants.

J: Tidak. Anda mesti menandatangani Perkhidmatan Easi-Pay Great Eastern untuk menikmati Rebat Premium Insuran sebanyak 2% (Kad Titanium) atau 3% (Kad Platinum). Card bayaran premium insurans lain yang tidak menggunakan perkhidmatan Easi-Pay Great Eastern akan diberikan Rebat Pembelian Runcit.

S2: Apakah jenis transaksi yang layak untuk mendapatkan “Rebat Perbelanjaan Runcit”?

J: Transaksi tertentu termasuk semua pembelian di dalam dan di luar negeri, pembelian e-commerce/internet, petrol, dan transaksi amaun ansuran bulanan bagi Pelan Pembayaran Ansuran (IPP).

Pampasan Kesulitan Perjalanan

1. Kelewatan Penerbangan Apabila pelepasan penerbangan anda yang sah telah lewat atau

tertangguh dan tiada alternatif pengangkutan yang lain dibuat dalam masa 4 jam dari waktu pelepasan penerbangan yang telah dijadualkan, anda dan keluarga anda akan dibayar balik oleh Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern caj yang telah ditanggung bagi penginapan hotel dan bil-bil restoran serta hidangan ringan.

2. Ketinggalan Penerbangan Tanpa Sambungan Sekiranya anda ketinggalan penerbangan sambungan anda yang

sah di tempat pemindahan disebabkan kelewatan penerbangan sebelumnya atau sekiranya penerbangan anda yang selanjutnya telah ditangguh selama 4 jam atau lebih dan tiada alternatif pengangkutan yang lain disediakan, anda dan keluarga anda akan dibayar balik oleh Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern bagi penginapan hotel dan bil-bil restoran serta hidangan ringan.

3. Pembatalan Penerbangan Sekiranya perjalanan anda telah dibatalkan kerana penyakit,

kecederaan badan, kematian atau sebab-sebab diluar jangkaan anda yang tidak dapat dikawal oleh anda dan/atau keluarga yang terdekat, anda akan diberi pampasan yang diperlukan dengan perbelanjaan pra-bayar(tidak dikembalikan) di dalam kawalan anda.

4. Kelewatan Bagasi Apabila bagasi anda yang telah didaftarkan tidak disampaikan

dalam masa 6 jam sewaktu ketibaan anda di tempat destinasi yang telah dijadualkan, anda dan keluarga anda akan dibayar balik oleh Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern caj yang telah ditanggung bagi pembelian pakaian dan keperluan lain sewaktu kecemasan.

5. Kehilangan Bagasi Apabila bagasi anda yang telah didaftarkan tidak dihantar kepada

anda dalam masa 48 jam sewaktu ketibaan anda di tempat destinasi yang telah dijadualkan, anda dan keluarga anda akan

dibayar balik oleh Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern caj yang telah ditanggung selama 96 jam bagi pembelian pakaian dan keperluan lain sewaktu kecemasan.

Hanya mereka yang mempunyai Kad Kredit OCBC yang sah, berkedudukan kewangan baik dengan pihak Bank OCBC akan menikmati faedah Program Rebat OCBC GE ini dan akan ditentukan oleh pihak Bank OCBC mengikut budi-bicaranya.

2. Program Rebat OCBC GE tidak terbuka bagi Kad Kredit OCBC Platinum, Titanium, Gold dan Classic.

8. Auto-Debit/Berulang, Pelan Pembayaran Flexi (FPP), Savvy Saver Plan(SSP), pemindahan baki, pendahuluan tunai, Call for Cash, Dial-a-Cash, Dial-a-Cheque, baki tertunggak, Caj Kewangan, Yuran Tahunan, Caj Lewat, Pembalikan, Transaksi Runcit Palsu, dan yuran serta caj lain yang tidak layak akan dikecualikan daripada Rebat Pembelian Runcit.

9. Pedagang yang layak serta kod-kod kategori pedagang yang berkaitan (MCC) dengan Rebat Perubatan dan Pendidikan adalah seperti berikut:

Oleh kerana peruntukan kod kategori pedagang adalah tanggungjawab Pemeroleh Kad (pihak yang bertanggungjawab mendaftarkan pedagang dan memperuntukan kod kategori pedagang yang sepatutnya), pihak Bank OCBC tidak akan bertanggungjawab bagi sebarang peruntukan kod kategori pedagang yang tidak tepat yang menyebabkan Ahli Kad OCBC Great Eastern tidak layak mendapat rebat Perubatan dan Pelajaran dari sebarang pedagang yang layak.

11. The following Cardmembers shall not be eligible to participate in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme:i) Holders of OCBC Credit Card(s) not issued in Malaysia;ii) Cardmembers whose other accounts held with OCBC Bank are

deemed to be delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted;iii) Cardmembers whose OCBC Credit Card(s) account(s) with

OCBC Bank have been terminated or who have breached any other agreement with OCBC Bank.

12. The rebates will be credited on a monthly basis and reflected in the coming Cardmember’s OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) monthly statement.

13. The rebate accrued is subject to adjustment if there are any credit(s) or debit(s) posted to Cardmembers’ Card Account including those arising from returned goods or services, or billing disputes.

14. Disputed transactions/billings will not be eligible for rebates under the OCBC GE Rebate Programme.

15. The payout for OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be calculated to the nearest Ringgit Malaysia based on the total amount spent.

16. All rebates awarded under the OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be deemed void or forfeited in the event that one or more of the following occurs:i) The Cardmembers’ OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) is/are

terminated by OCBC Bank for any reason; ii) There is loss, theft, damage, destruction, fraudulent or

unauthorised use of OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s);iii) The Cardmember cancels OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s); (iv) The OCBC GE Rebate Programme terminates for whatever reason

17. Reversals of disputed transaction will result in the corresponding rebate being reversed as well.

18. The rebates are not transferable or exchangeable for other items, credit or kind, in part or full.

19. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the OCBC GE Rebate Programme will be final, conclusive and binding on all parties. No correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained. By participating in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme, the Cardmembers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

20. OCBC Bank and Great Eastern shall not be liable for any injury or loss of lives or valuables or any other loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever suffered or sustained by the Cardmembers arising or resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme or as a result of any act of omission on the part of OCBC Bank or Great Eastern.

21. OCBC Bank and Great Eastern shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of OCBC Bank or Great Eastern.

22. In no event will OCBC Bank or Great Eastern be liable for any loss or damages including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary,

punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Rebate Programme, even if OCBC Bank or Great Eastern has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

23. OCBC Bank may, at its sole discretion, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions or vary, suspend or terminate the OCBC GE Rebate Programme without any prior notice to the Cardmembers. Variations or additions to these Terms and Conditions or the variation, suspension or termination of the OCBC GE Rebate Programme may be made by placing a general notice in any one issue of a daily national newspaper or by posting a general notice in any OCBC Bank branch or its website or by incorporating the notice into OCBC Bank’s statement sent to the Cardmembers periodically and the notice will take effect from the date set out in the notice and, if no date is stated, will take effect from the date of notice.

24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and all eligible Cardmembers who participate in the OCBC GE Rebate Programme shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

10. Bagi tujuan pengiraan, perbelanjaan transaksi luar negeri ialah selepas ditukarkan kepada Ringgit Malaysia (RM) dan berdasarkan rekod transaksi Bank sahaja.

11. Ahli Kad yang berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Program Rebat OCBC GE:i) Ahli yang memegang Kad Kredit OCBC yang tidak dikeluarkan

di Malaysia;ii) Ahli Kad dengan akaun OCBC lain yang dianggap tidak

memuaskan atau tidak dikendalikan dengan baik;iii) Ahli Kad dengan akaun kad kredit OCBC yang telah

ditamatkan atau yang telah melanggar sebarang perjanjian yang lain dengan pihak Bank OCBC.

12. Rebat akan dikreditkan setiap bulan dan akan ditunjukkan dalam kenyataan bulan Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern yang akan datang.

13. Rebat yang terkumpul akan diselaraskan sekiranya ada sebarang kredit atau debit dibuat terhadap Akaun Kad Ahli Kad termasuk pengembalian barangan atau perkhidmatan, atau pertikaian bil.

14. Bil/transaksi yang dipertikaikan tidak akan layak untuk mendapatkan rebat dibawah Program Rebat OCBC GE.

15. Pembayaran bagi Program Rebat OCBC GE akan dikira mengikut Ringgit Malaysia yang terdekat berdasarkan jumlah keseluruhan perbelanjaan.

16. Semua rebat yang diberikan dibawah Program Rebat OCBC GE akan menjadi tidak sah sekiranya satu atau salah satu daripada yang berikut terjadi:i) Kad Kredit Ahli Kad OCBC Great Eastern Credit Card(s) telah

ditamatkan oleh pihak Bank OCBC kerana sebab yang tertentu;

ii) Terjadinya kehilangan, kecurian, kerosakan, kemusnahan, penipuan atau penggunaan yang tidak sah Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern;

iii) Ahli Kad membatalkan Kad Kredit OCBC Great Eastern Credit;(iv) Program Rebat OCBC GE diberhentikan bagi sebab-sebab yang

tertentu.17. Pembalikan transaksi yang dipertikaikan akan menyebabkan

rebat yang sama diterbalikkan juga.18. Rebat tidak boleh dipindah atau ditukar untuk barangan yang

lain, kredit atau jenis yang lain, separuh atau sepenuhnya.19. Keputusan Pihak Bank OCBC berkaitan semua hal Program Rebat

OCBC GE adalah yang terakhir, muktamad dan sah. Pihak Bank tidak akan melayani sebarang surat-menyurat atau percubaan untuk mempertikaikan keputusan tersebut. Dengan penyertaan Promosi ini, Ahli Kad bersetuju untuk mematuhi segala terma dan syarat pihak bank.

20. Pihak Bank OCBC Bank dan Great Eastern tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kecederaan atau kehilangan nyawa atau barangan atau sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan yang lain yang bagaimana atau dialami atau diperolehi oleh Ahli Kad disebabkan atau akibat, samada secara langsung atau tidak langsung, secara keseluruhannya atau tidak dengan menyertai Program Rebat OCBC GE ini atau disebabkan sebarang kesilapan oleh pihak Bank OCBC atau Great Eastern.

21. Pihak Bank dan Great Eastern tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kelalaian yang disebabkan kuasa Tuhan, peperangan, rusuhan, mogokan, keganasan, wabak, halangan, sebab industri, kebakaran, banjir, kemarau, rebut atau sebarang kejadian yang lain diluar kawalan yang munasabah oleh pihak Bank dan Great Eastern.

22. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kehilangan atau gantirugi termasuk dan tidak terhad kepada, kehilangan pendapatan, keuntungan atau nama baik (goodwill), secara langsung atau tidak langsung, secara sampingan, lanjutan, teladan, punitif atau gantirugi khas bagi sebarang pihak termasuk pihak ketiga tidak kira bagaimana berbangkit samada dari kontrak, tort, kecuaian atau yang lain, berkaitan dengan Promosi ini dan/atau barangan dan perkhidmatan, sungguhpun pihak Bank telah diberitahu akan kemungkinan perlunya ganti rugi terlebih dahulu, semua ganti rugi tersebut adalah dikecualikan secara nyata

23. Pihak Bank berhak dan mengikut sebarang budi bicaranya untuk menambah atau mengubah Terma & Syarat ini atau menukar, menggantung atau menghentikan Program Rebat OCBC GE ini dengan memberikan notis terlebih dahulu kepada Ahli Kad. Perubahan atau tambahan kepada Terma & Syarat atau pertukaran, penggantungan atau penghentian Program ini akan diberikan dengan pemberitahuan notis umum dalam sebarang suratkhabar harian nasional atau dengan meletakkan notis umum di sebarang cawangan bank OCBC dengan laman layarnya atau dengan menggabungkan notis tersebut ke dalam kenyataan bank OCBC yang dihantar kepada Ahli Kad dari masa ke semasa, dan notis tersebut akan mula beroperasi dari tarikh yang tertera dalam notis, dan sekiranya tiada tarikh telah diberikan, dari tarikh notis tersebut dikeluarkan.

24. Terma dan syarat ini akan ditadbirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia, dan kesemua Ahli Kad yang layak yang menyertai Program Rebat OCBC GE ini akan dianggap telah bersetuju untuk mematuhi perundangan yang eksklusif kepada mahkamah Malaysia.
