Struktur nefron terdiri daripada;- Glomerulus, Kapsul Bowman, dan tubul uriniferus

Pembentukan Urin
Ultraturasan (glomerulus) Tekanan tinggi memaksa cecair memasuki membran
penurasan dan kemudian ke di glomerulus dan dinding kapsul Bowman.
Penyerapan semula (tubul uriniferus) Berlaku pada tubul berlingkar proksimal, liku Henle,
tubul berlingkar distal, dan duktus pengumpul. 99% air diserap semula ke dalam darah. Rembesan Bahan buangan dirembeskan ke tubul ginjal. Membolehkan badan mengawal atur ion hidrogen
dan toksik dalam darah.
