Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Recruited to hire candidates in the Americas supporting Cloud Services (AWS), Compliance, Cyber Security, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology (i.e. C++, Java, SAP, SFDC, SharePoint), Legal, Marketing, Purchasing, Strategy, and other supported businesses.

Managed a requisition load frequently exceeding 40 positions throughout the U.S. Supported our Co-Op / Internship program through participation at college recruiting fairs. Attended Military recruiting events in Cincinnati, OH, Dallas, TX, and St. Louis, MO. Diversity initiatives included outreach and OFCCP tracking of Good Faith Efforts (GFE).
