The concept is fully approved by Airbus and Boeing and it is even utilized at FAL in France, Airbus in Germany, and with Boeing in Seattle. Sunaero Asia also provides on wing assistance in leak troubleshooting and maintenance analysis on leak repair for structures/components. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: Specially chosen to train 9 engineers on fuel leak detection and repair at AMMROC’s facility in the U.A.E. for a period of 5 months in 2015/2016 as a continuation of after sales support Point of contact and organized training for Qatar Airways at Sunaero Asia facility in Johor for a duration of 1 week for 10 engineers Worked on Legacy 500 and Lineage 1000 (Hawker Pacific Singapore). Troubleshoot, identified problem areas of fuel leak and successfully completed tasks Worked on Fokker 100 (Fokker Services Asia) and BAE Hawk (AMMROC, UAE). Implemented Helium fuel leak detection and repair process, and successfully detected and repaired a pending 8 year problem Sealant repair on C130 windshield of RMAF (Royal Malaysian Air Force) within 1 day Yearly calibration and maintenance on equipment sold.
