1 No proper staking works to the tree.

2 No circle weeding works were carry out to ALL tree.

No aerifying and spreading topsoil works were carry out

3 A lot of wild vegetation , weeds undesirable grasses. No maintenance were carry out.

4 ALL slanting tree staking were not well upkeep and unstraighten.

5 Undernourished and unhealthy trees caused by lack of fertilizer and insufficient watering.

Dead and injured tree branches are not pruned. Pruning works never being carry out.

6 A lot of wild vegetation , weeds undesirable grasses. No maintenance were carry out.







8 A wasted material were NOT continuously and promptly removed.LL

9 Undesirable grasses grew on the sump cover.

The steel goal barrier post is corroded and rusty due to accumulation of rainwater inside the post.

An epoxy paint should be applied instead of normal paint.

51 The bench’s seat void has not been applied with wood filler and no t yet re-paint.

52 The roof tile is not nailed and unattached on one another tidily.

53 The picnic table’s timber not complying the contract specification.






54 A new algae shoot grew on the bench’s seat has not been removed.

55 The bench’s finishes was cracked and missing due to poor workmanship.

56 The trash bin’s cover is missing.






57 Untidy attachment of bench’s finishes.

58 The goal post is rusty and corroded.
