bull Lebih 10thn yg lalu tlh ada perubahan tehadap menjadikan latihan lebih fuctional

bull Pd permulaan revolusi perkara yg sering dilakukan utk pemulihan fizikal amp latihan yg lebih functional secara perlahan2 diadaptasi oleh jurulatih2 dlm latihan

bull Functional training adalah kaedah latihan kekuatan yg menyerupai berberapa pergerakan sukan aktivt kedua2nya

Tujuan Functional Training

bull bukan shj utk otot yg khusus tetapi juga utk menstabilkan ldquocore musclerdquo deep abdominal amp back juga menstabilkan otot dibahagian punggung amp bahu

Faedah Functional Training

bull memperbaiki ldquoposturerdquo badanbull memperbaiki keseimbangan badanbull memperbaiki prestasi atlitbull memperbaiki keseimbangan statik amp dinamikbull mengurangkan terjadinya kecederaanbull membantu pergerakan yg berkesanbull memberi kesan positif kepada kesihatan spinal
