TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. COMPLIMENTARY POLICY (FOR GROUP ONLY)
For every fifteen (15) paying rooms, one (1) room to a maximum of two (2) rooms will be accorded complimentary. This concession is non-accumulative for different groups and must be utilized during the dates when the group is in-house.
2. HOTEL RESERVATION
2.1 Reservation for room booking is required at least seven (7) days prior to the group arrival date and subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.

2.2 In order for us to secure your bookings the following payment schedule is required :- ** Upon confirmation : 50% of total room cost ** 30 days before arrival : Final details and full pre payment
3. PAYMENT Payment should be made by cash or company cheques only. You may pay-in to our bank account as below and kindly fax the pay-in slip to us. Subject to approval of the hotel’s Credit Department upon receipt of duly completed credit application form. The Hotel reserves the rights to approve or disapprove any credit applications subject to credit check to be conducted. All approved credits are provided with 30 days credit term and approved Credit Limit.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or retract any approved Credit line, provided that the Credit account is properly maintained within the guideline.

6. AMENDMENT CHARGES
Amendment of room reservation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic one (1) night cancellation charge based on the total number of rooms reserved and forfeiture full payment and deposit paid.
7. ROOM RESERVATION
The hotel will hold room’s reservation until 6.00pm. The reservation will be deemed “NO SHOW” and rooms will be released after 6.00pm unless with prior arrangement. One night room charge will be imposed to “NO SHOW” reservation.
8. EARLY DEPARTURE
Should a confirmed room check out unexpectedly (in advance) or an intended departure date prior to any written request to the hotel, a one (1) nights of the contracted rooms rates will be imposed for each room reserved.
