a. Mengandungi 12 konstruk

b. Ditadbir secara lisan secara berterusan semasa waktu Bahasa Inggeris.

c. Ditadbir mengikut urutan konstruk

d. Setelah kesemua konstruk ditaksir BOLEH MENGULANG mana-mana konstrukyang belum dikuasai oleh murid

e. Murid boleh memberi respons secara mengeja dan membaca

f. Cadangan : Murid duduk bersebelahan pentaksir ketika pentaksiran dilaksanakan

g. Perlu dilaksanakan secara telus dan jujur

h. Kesemua konstruk hendaklah ditaksir dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan

i. Setiap konstruk yang disaring hendaklah diisi dalam Borang Pelaporan Individu(BPPI)

Penggunaan Manuala. Manual perlu dirujuk oleh pentaksir

Ability to identify and distinguish the shapes of letters

a. T reads the example given.

b. T asks pupils to read the underlined letters in the given words.

CONSTRUCT 2

Ability to say aloud the sounds of the phonemes

a. T says the sound of the underlined letter in the example given.

b. T points to underlined letters and pupils says the sounds

CONSTRUCT 3

Ability to blend sounds of phonemes into recognisable words

a. T reads the example given

b. T guides the pupil by pointing to the segmented word.

c. Full mark may be awarded if pupil is able to read the whole word aloud without segmenting it.

a. T reads the example given and segments it.
