Milk is a nutritious drink. It contains a lot of nutrition that is good

for our body. Usually, we get milk from the cows and the goats.

Children and adults drink milk for health. Milk gives us the entire

vitamin that is needed by our body. Furthermore, milk will make our

teeth and bones strong.

Cows’ milk and goats’ milk which is freshly squeeze can be

drink right away or will be sent to the factory to be processed. The

processed milk becomes margarine, cheese, milk powder,

condensed milk and other dairy products.
