3. 3RD TERM BREAK

3.1 SCHOOL HOLIDAY

| The school holiday will be on 10th till 18th August 2019.

Lessons will resume on Monday 19th August 2019.

3.2 Cashier on Leave

| There will be no payment collection on Tuesday &

Wednesday, 13th & 14th August 2019.

4. DENTAL VISIT

| Dental Team from Luyang Dental Clinic will be visiting

Taska Datuk Simon Fung on Monday, 26th August 2019.

They will be carrying out the following activities:

I. Dental Checking

II. Treatment - Fluoridation (if needed)

5. HEALTH VISIT | The Health Team of Kota Kinabalu will be visiting on Thursday,

22nd August 2019 for Kindergarten Two (2), children in their respective

classes.

They will carrying out the following activities :

I. Health Talk

II. Physical Checking

III. Light Treatment (if needed)

6. SCHOOL MAGAZINE

| The 2018 annual school magazine is now available

at the office for RM35.00 per book.

7. FRIENDLY REMINDER

7.1 Set of Extra Clothes

| Please put a set of extra clothes in your child’s bag.

It has been noted that there are a number of children who

are not having it in their bags. Children have incidents

(urinate or spill water etc.) and need to change their clothes.

7.2 Teachers School Hours

| The class teachers should arrive at school 7:30 a.m.

Please wait for the class teachers to arrive before leaving

your child in the morning. After class dismissal ,the duty

teachers will look after children until 1:00 p.m.

7.3 Late Collection of Children

| Children must be fetched home by 1:00 p.m. Whilst

we understand that delays are sometimes

unavoidable, we do reserve the right to charge

RM5.00 for every half an hour late. Duty teachers

need to update, assess, evaluate and prepare for

the next day lessons after their duty at 1.00 p.m.

7.4 Daycare nap time

| Daycare nap time is from 2:00 p.m until 4:00 p.m.

Please minimize noise around the daycare room

during the specified time.

7.5 Payment of School Fees Receipts

| The office would appreciate the cooperation of parents

and guardians to retain all school fees receipts for future

use or reference such as income tax matters. To avoid any

inconvenience please do not lose your receipts.

8. FIELD TRIP TO TZU CHI RECYCLING CENTRE - K1 & K2

| We apologise for any confusion with regards to the field trip forms.

Education Department has given new guidelines for school field trips

and forms must be given on time to them for approval. However

parents who are interested but have not handed in the form may still be

able to bring their children for the field trip and join the activity at the

centre. Parents/Guardians must be there with your child.
