give evidence for and on behalf of Seleksi Penbina

Sdn Bhd in this Suit?

A: Yes I am.

3. Q: I refer you to page 52 of the Ikatan Dokumen

Tambahan [Bahagian C]. What is this document all

about?

A: This is the Letter of Award dated 24.2.2004 issued

by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd in

respect of its appointment as TF Land Sdn Bhd’s

Sub-Contractor for the Construction of Walkway to

Wakaf as per the terms stated therein in respect

of Sekolah Kebangsaan and Sekolah Menengah

Kebangsaan Machang Bubok II.

4. Q: What was the total sum awarded to Seleksi Penbina

Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of

Walkway to Wakaf?

A: The total sum awarded to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd

was RM4,356.00.

A: This is the Letter of Award dated 8.8.2003 issued

by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd in

respect of its appointment as TF Land Sdn Bhd’s

Sub-Contractor in respect of the construction of

Perimeter Drain as per the terms stated therein in

respect of Sekolah Kebangsaan and Sekolah Menengah

Kebangsaan Machang Bubok II.

7. Q: What was the total sum awarded to you by TF Land

Sdn Bhd in respect of the construction of the

perimeter drain?

A: Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd was awarded a total sum of

RM368,187.00 in respect of the supply of all

materials, labour, tools, equipment and

machineries for construction and completion of

perimeter drain.

8. Q: Was the construction of perimeter drain completed

as instructed by TF Land Sdn Bhd?

A: Yes, it was.

9: Q: Have you received full payment in respect of the

works assigned to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd?

A: Yes, we have.

A: The Official Receipt No. 0670 dated 11.3.2004 is

the proof of the part-payment made by TF Land Sdn

RM36,149.10 for the construction of perimeter

drain whereas the Official Receipt No. 0678 dated

14.4.2004 is the full payment made by TF Land Sdn

Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd for the sum of

RM4,356.00 for the construction of Walkway to

Wakaf.

A: This is the Official Receipt No. 0657 dated

16.1.2004 which is the proof of the part-payment

made by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd

for the sum of RM36,479.10 for the construction of

perimeter drain whereas the Official Receipt No.

0665 dated 12.2.2004 is the proof of the part-

payment made by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina

Sdn Bhd for the sum of RM10,000.00 in respect of

the construction of perimeter drain.

12. Q: I refer you to page 57 of the Ikatan Dokumen

Tambahan [Bahagian C]. What is this document all

about?

A: This is the Official Receipt No. 0647 dated

23.12.2003 which is the proof of the part-payment

made by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd

for a sum of RM52,654.70 in respect of the

construction of perimeter drain whereas the

Official Receipt No. 0654 dated 7.1.2004 is the

proof of the part-payment made by TF Land Sdn Bhd

to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd for a sum of

RM30,000.00 in respect of the construction of

perimeter drain.

13. Q: I refer you to page 58 of the Ikatan Dokumen

Tambahan [Bahagian C]. Can you please elaborate on

this document?

A: This is the Official Receipt No. 0629 dated

28.10.2003 which is proof of the part-payment made

by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd for

a sum of RM39,039.50 for the construction of

perimeter drain whereas the Official Receipt No.

0638 dated 17.11.2003 is the proof of payment made

to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd by TF Land Sdn Bhd for

a sum of RM68,512.10 in respect of the

construction of perimeter drain.

14. Q: I refer you to page 59 of the Ikatan Dokumen

Tambahan [Bahagian C]. What is this document all

about?

A: This is the Official Receipt No. 0613 dated

12.9.2003 which is the proof of payment made by TF

Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd for a sum

of RM51,943.15 in respect of the construction of

perimeter drain whereas the Official Receipt

No.0623 dated 6.10.2003 is the proof of payment

made by TF Land Sdn Bhd to Seleksi Penbina Sdn Bhd

for a sum of RM25,000.00 in respect of the

construction of perimeter drain.
