Student English Language control level is from skill aspect read, listen to, write and speak. the four 

aspects is basic skill that should not be less in learning

1. We need to create opportunity to speak in English Language in school, workplace, during break,

rub elbows or shoulders with someone that can speak the language, answering telephone call, in

restaurant English-speaking and with family member 

. reading in reference books English Language before lecture held, read articles, read the

newspaper and read novels at leisure.

!. making assignment, write lecture note and send Email to friends in inggeris language

". making understanding from what was heard , ask much more information or information further 

to do not understand what does it mean, repeat those people words by using own words, precis from

what e#pressed, associate what said with what they know, pay attention during lecture and listen to

radio programmes English-speaking.

$. skill speak in English Language that commonly used by students is confident speak in EnglishLanguage, speak clearly, use term that is readily understandable, check English Language word

reference, develop skills %uestion during discussions in groups, develop skills speak during

discussions in groups and answer oral %uestions

&. speak smoothly and not nervous during in front lecturer, use English Language when discussing

with lecturer , ask %uestions to lecturer during lecture use English Language, present pro'ect result or 

assignment, speak in English Language with friends and with family during at home

English Language controlling stake as preparation for career. communicating with others more

confident and could help student get 'ob opportunity that is easier.
