    1 (a) Satu konduktor berdiameter OAmm mempunyai kerintangan 2500. Tentukannilai rintangan pada konduktor yang samajika ia berdiameter dua kali ganda.[4 markah]

    1 (a) A OAmm diameter conduc tor has a resistance of2500. Determine theresistance of the same conductor if the diameter is doubled.[4 marks]

    (b) Two resistor Rl and R2 are connected in parallel. If Rl =500 and the currentthrough R2 is three times the value of the current through Rl, determine thevalue ofR2.

    2 (a) A sinusoidal voltage is given as v = 1Ocos(l OOnt -53.13)V, determine(i) frequency, f(ii) time period, T in milliseconds(iii) root-mean-square voltage(iv) average value of the voltage. Why?

    (c) A sinusoidal supply current with a frequency of 50Hz in a circuit has amaximum value of 3A and leads the supply voltage by 30. If the maximumvalue of the voltage is lOY,(i) sketch the current and voltage waveforms(ii) find value of the current at maximum voltage, Vma,x when t=O.

    [6 marks](b) If a 4kHz audio signal (modulating signal) is used to modulate a 600kHz radio
