the 6th semester architecture studio project theme is a team project of a Mixed-Use Development on satellite cities of Jakarta: Bekasi, Depok, Bogor and Tangerang.

this project is a Mixed-Use of Mall (Lani Diana Sabarudin), Cultural Center/sports arena (Risa Anindita Rinadiputri) and Apartment (Wira Dhamma Putra), three different function with integrated public area, creating new place, new activities, new atmosphere that can engage people to gather and move in a dynamic way.

the 7th semester team project scenario is based on the history of the Netherland’s spice journey to Indonesia by a sailing ship. the interpetation of the journey is the basic idea of the concept. the team for this project is Agnes Gabriella Leki, Bastian Adiwibowo and Risa Anindita Rinadiputri.

the 7th semester 2nd scenario is based on a future prediction (approximately 40-60 years in the future) underlining the question about “ what if there is no border/limit/boundaries in our lives?” the problem of this project takes place on how we interact with others, and on how we seemingly distracted by the technology that we use on daily basis.

the project itself is a rehabilitation center for people to “wake-up” and be in the moment, a place to find sanctuary.

The final project is based on a daily observation on the streets of Jakarta, when the tight schedules and activities causes citizen to neglect their surroundings. Based on this observation there is one issue that came up, the one people tends to forget, the awareness for stray animals.

Jakarta as a capital city supposed to have the best operation on handling this issue, but, in reallity Jakarta only have 4 known non-provit animal shelter in which each one of them can only accommodate 300-500 animals. in comparison to the stray animals is estimated to be 150.000 cats and 15.000 dogs.

This project is about making animal shelter and healthcare for the stray cats and dogs that are in need of care and to prepare them to find a warm and loving home.

This project is about exploring tourism destination in urban areas (in this case Jakarta) and creating new activities/planning on that destination to enhance their tourism revenue. Kepulauan Seribu is one of jakarta’s hidden treasure, in just 30minutes-1hour distance from the port we can already feel the resort sensation from each one of Kepulauan Seribu’s island.

For this project the team consist of 3 people, VIrra Larasati, Yudhistira Yamani S. and Risa Anindita Rinadiputri.

This project is about understanding the temporary use as an urban catalyst in Basuki Rachmat, these temporary use act as a toy market, a combination of houses, farmer’s market and toy market.

This project is a compound of small residences, a residence with a resort ambience, with 116 unit residence and 3 types of residence available. 1 bedroom residence, 2 bedroom residence and 3 bedroom residence.


Each and every residence is provided with their own resort-like fasilities, such as ponds, small garden, and many more.

there are 2 pools, one is for public and the other is exculsively designed for 21 residence units.

This project is a mixed-use master plan in the heart of Solo’s new developing area, Solo Baru. it consists of office building, apartment, mixed-use building (mall and apartment), a school and also entertainment building.

This project is an extension to Rancamaya Residence in Bogor, Rancamaya is known for their luxurious residences with mountain view, this extension is expected to be as luxurious and with higher density, thus, the concept of condovilla will be applied in this Flamboyan site.

For this Project my contribution is more in the making and design of the condovilla, to be as effective and as efficient as possible.

This project is Xi Mang Hai Phong, envisioned as a new high quality residential township within Hai Phong, this includes residential landed houses, shophouses and F&B facilities as well as a mixed use complex that contains one of Hai Phong’s first high rise hotel complexes.

For this Project my contribution is more in the making and design of the buildings rather than the master plan itself.

The idea for this project is creating a landmark that is monumental but is still transparent so it will not cover up the building beside it, from that concept we make a landmark that has gap on each segment, so people can see whats behind it
