JURUTERA PROFESIONAL, PEMERIKSA BERTAULIAH & PEMERIKSA TAPAK

Dengan hormatnya dimaklumkan pendaftaran tuan/puan akan tamat pada 31.12.2018. Bayaran pembaharuan hendaklah

dibuat sebelum atau pada 31.1.2019.

2. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab tuan/puan memperbaharui pendaftaran untuk meneruskan amalan kejuruteraan.

Kegagalan berbuat demikian akan membolehkan tindakan di bawah Seksyen 16 (b), Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967

(Pindaan 2015) diambil terhadap tuan/puan.

Graduate Engineer, Engineering Technologist, or Engineering consultancy practice who has failed to renew his or its

registration within one month of the expiry of the registration”

4. Sijil pendaftaran 2019 akan dikeluarkan setelah Borang H dan Laporan CPD 2018 diterima. Bayaran

pendahuluan (advanced payment) bagi tahun akan datang tidak akan diterima.

5. Tuan/puan diminta sentiasa mengemaskinikan alamat surat-menyurat sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di bawah

Seksyen 14, Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967 (Pindaan 2015). Kegagalan mematuhinya, tuan/puan boleh diambil tindakan

di bawah Seksyen 25(1), Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967 (Pindaan 2015).

“Every registered Person and Engineering consultancy practice shall notify the Registrar of any change in his or its

business address within three months of the change”.

6. Kegagalan untuk mematuhi seksyen di atas adalah menjadi kesalahan dan boleh disabit bawah Seksyen 25 (1)

Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967 (Pindaan 2015)

“Any person, sole proprietorship, partnership or body corporate who contravenes this Act or any regulations made

thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall, where no penalty is expressly provided therefore, be liable, on

conviction, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to

‘STAMP’ JURUTERA PROFESIONAL / PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER STAMP Di bawah Seksyen 7(1) Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967 (Pindaan 2015), seorang Jurutera Profesional Berdaftar boleh bekerja atau memberi perkhidmatan kejuruteraan profesional dengan menggunakan ‘stamp’ yang diluluskan oleh Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia seperti contoh di bawah – Under Section 7(1) Registration of Engineers Act 1967 (Revised 2015), a registered Professional Engineer is allowed to take up employment which requires him to carry out or perform professional engineering services and use the stamp as approved by the Board of Engineers Malaysia as example below -

‘STAMP’ JURUTERA PROFESIONAL DENGAN PERAKUAN AMALAN/ PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER WITH PRACTISING CERTIFICATE STAMP Di bawah Seksyen 7(1A), Akta Pendaftaran Jurutera 1967 (Pindaan 2015), seorang Jurutera Profesional dengan Perakuan Amalan Berdaftar boleh menjalankan amalan, perniagaan atau bekerja dan memberi perkhidmatan kejuruteraan profesional bagi kerja-kerja kejuruteraan yang ditetapkan di bawah Seksyen 8. Pengemukaan tersebut hendaklah ditandatangan dan dimeteri dengan ‘stamp’ yang diluluskan oleh Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia seperti contoh di bawah (ukuran saiz bebas) – Under Section 7(1A), Registration of Engineers Act 1967 (Revised 2015), a registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate is allowed to practise, carry on business or take up employment which requires him to carry out or perform professional engineering services for designated engineering works subject to section 8 of the Act. The submission must be signed and sealed with the stamp approved by the Board of Engineers Malaysia as example below (free size measurement) –

Existing MyBEM User: Key-in your User ID and Password at the Login Page. Click Forgot Password to recover new password.

New User: Click Access to obtain User ID and Password.

Note: All PEs with PC are considered as New User. Please obtain User ID and password using Access panel.

Step 2 (New User): Select Category.

and IC/MyKad No.

Step 8: Print the Renewal Slip and Check payment records.

Important Note:

Payment by check / bank draft / money order or money order (Malaysia only):

Print the Renewal Slip and send it together with your payment to the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Payment via internet banking (internet banking) (M2U / CIMB Clicks / RHBNow):

Print M2U / CIMBClicks / RHBNow Transaction Slip. Email or fax to the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Step 9: Click this icon to print Renewal Slip.

Once the Finance Department of BEM has processed and acknowledged your payment, the Print button for Receipt will

be displayed. You may print your receipt by clicking the button.

CPD ONLINE SUBMISSION / DECLARATION

Step 9: To declare your CPD, Click CPD Records. Click Register New CPD.

Step 10: Fill in your CPD Records.
