JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulate business plan and budget so that the programs, strategies and activities are inline with the company’s objectives and profitability.

Ensure all A&P activities are in supportive of company’s objective within the agreed expenditure levels to promote services.

Manage Operations, Human Capital and Resources, Financial Capital and Resources, Physical Resources, Business Development, Sales and Marketing of the company

Formulate, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet company expectations.

To ensure sustainable growth for the company and promote organization change in line with company’s vision and mission

Responsible for ensuring the company increase its business revenue and operating performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any related field.

For internal candidate, must have at least 5 years of experience in Job Grade 04

Excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational level.

Good written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English;

Working knowledge of PC software and applications;

Able to command the respect of the Board of Directors, Management and staffs;
