Jurukur Bahan Maju Bina Sdn Bhd (JBMSB) was established in 1983, the practice has grown to become one of the respected consultant practices in providing quantity surveying and project management consultancy services and has branch offices in Johor Bahru and Terengganu. We have a well balanced staff, qualified quantity surveyors and project managers. We have consistently invested in the development of the practice through experienced personnel and modern technology. We are proud of our credentials and believe in the calibre of our people. In January 2005, JBMSB was accorded the ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System by Benchmark Certificates Pty Ltd.

regular reporting of expenditure and final account. Project Management covers all aspect of projects implementation from incep-

tion (preparation of prebid documents) until the end of Defects Liability Period including advising and coordinating the settlement of final account and ob-taining approval for CCC (Certificate of Completion & Compliance).
