Elaun dan Kemudahan

• bantuan kewangan pembentangan kertas kerja mengikut kadarelaun Cuti Belajar tertakluk kepada kelulusan Universiti;

• Kos rawatan dan perubatan mengikut Skim PerkhidmatanPerubatan Universiti sekiranya Post Doctoral dilaksanakan dalamnegara. Universiti tidak akan menanggung kos rawatan dannegara. Universiti tidak akan menanggung kos rawatan danperubatan dari hospital dan klinik swasta. Sekiranya Post Doctoral

dilaksanakan di di luar negara di mana negara berkenaan terdapatskim insuran kesihatan, kos premium insuran yang boleh dibayaroleh Universiti adalah tidak melebihi USD$500.00 setahun.

• bayaran lain yang berkaitan dengan Post Doctoral, jika dirasakanperlu oleh Universiti.

• Staf yang sedang menjalani Post Doctoral adalah dibenarkanmenerima elaun yang dibayar oleh badan/agensi/institusi/industri di mana Staf menjalani Post Doctoral. Dalamhal ini, Staf hendaklah melaporkan kepada Universiti mengenaibutiran terperinci elaun yang diterima dan elaun ini dikirabutiran terperinci elaun yang diterima dan elaun ini dikirasebagai insentif tambahan yang tertakluk sepenuhnya kepadakaedah dan Peraturan Am Kerajaan serta budibicara Universiti.

Perancangan Peringkat Individu

• Staf mesti merancang dan menetapkan Key Performance Indicator

(KPI) dan seterusnya diperakukan oleh Fakulti/ Pusat

Kecemerlangan/ Research Alliance sebelum kelulusan Universitiuntuk menjalankan Post Doctoral dikeluarkan.

• Staf yang diluluskan Post Doctoral hendaklah mematuhi danmemenuhi KPI dan perancangan awal yang diluluskan.

• Staf perlu mengenalpasti tempat yang sesuai dan rakan kesepakaranyang diiktiraf.

• Mencapai KPI eLPPT mengikut klasifikasi gred jawatan pegawai.
