CERAMIC TECHNOLOGY

The nano self-cleaning glaze contains a slow-releasing antimicrobial agent, which contains massive silver compounds. Those antimicrobial agents lasted long and it could prevent the toilet from breeding bacteria, It has been tested that the nano self-cleaning glaze of ACOLIA could reduce the number of the staphylococcus aureus by more than 99.5% and reduce the number of the escherichia coli by more than 95.92%.

Our special ceramic slurry is �red at the temperature of 1250 degree with the water absorp�on of less than 0.2%. With a high resistance to compression, the porcelain would not be broken even if you hang it up and place a weight of 300kg on its top.

According to the tes�ng, the surface roughness Ra of Acolia self-cleaning glaze = 0.032�m, while the surface roughness Ra of ordinary glaze = 0.2�m. When the dirt comes into contact with the glaze, the smoother the surface, the smaller the contact area is, and the smaller the interac�on force between the surface and the dirt. When the dirt is washed with water, the surface with smaller contact area, that is to say, the smoother surface is easier to be rinsed out.
